POLICY?
Our cancellation policy is dependent upon the time of year. You can find the applicable policy once you've selected your stay dates, prior to booking. You can also find the policy on your confirmation email.
HOUSEKEEPING
We do not provide daily housekeeping. We will text you on the first morning of a multiple-night stay to check if we can drop off fresh towels and coffee for you. We leave items, bagged, outside your door. If you need any other housekeeping services, you can contact us at any time.

HOW FAR ARE YOU FROM
THE BEACH?
We are 5 blocks from the riverfront - but don't don your swimsuit just yet! This is a great spot for shelling or hunting seaglass, but not for swimming due to boat traffic. We're about 10 miles from Oak Island. Set up near the Oak Island Pier and enjoy food and drinks from Koko Cabana or Lazy Turtle.
HOW FAR ARE YOU FROM
DOWNTOWN?
We're 1/2 mile from Waterfront Park, in the heart of Southport. We're surrounded by eateries, shops and galleries all along Howe Street.
PETS
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
We offer four pet-friendly rooms for an additional pet fee. When searching availability, be sure to select the pet-friendly option.
ACCOMODATIONS
Some of our rooms are very cozy. Even though you could, technically, sleep 4 adults in these rooms - it would be an uncomfortable stay. We don't want you tripping over your luggage! If you need guidance on the best room for your stay, please drop us a line.

SO SMALL?
Apparently people of the 1950s weren't concerned with spacious bathrooms. Rooms 1-9 feature our teeniest spaces. If you want a little more elbow room, rooms 10-16 might be a better fit.
AMENITIES
WHAT AMENITIES ARE
INCLUDED WITH OUR STAY?
Each room features a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The Southport Suite offers a full kitchen. For maximum relaxation, you'll also find a white noise machine and fragrance diffuser - featuring our incredible signature scent - in every room.
You'll find a picnic table, propane fire pit and adirondack chairs in our courtyard. There are bistro tables, rocking chairs, porch swings and egg chairs throughout the property. Relax with a drink under the shade of the oaks or play Jenga or Connect 4.
BICYCLES
Take a spin around town on one of our 4 complimentary bicycles. Bicycles are first come, first served. Send us a text when you're ready for a ride and we'll get you set up.
FIREPIT
Our firepit is available until 10pm. We light the firepit based on weather and occupancy. If it's not lit and you're looking to get cozy, just let us know!
PARKING
Parking is available throughout the courtyard, including in front of Rooms 1-9. Additional parking on the grassy area behind Rooms 1-7, at the end of the driveway, past Rooms 12-16. First come, first served.
